Bourekas!! Huh? What? Come again? Think of Empanadas with a Middle Eastern twist. ... A delectable and delicious phyllo pastry snack that can be filled with almost anything and covered with toasted sesame seeds and a light egg coating. Baked to golden brown and ever so tasty. An interesting and unique late night alternative to pizza slices and Pommes Frites and affordable too! Filled with seasoned potatoes, mushrooms, cheese, meat, spinach... The options are endless and we are looking to bring this delicious culinary treat to the east village/lower east side Haven't decided on sizes yet nor have we finalized the list of fillings and dipping sauces , and we could use your help in deciding. But, we are thinking of 2 sizes. Small: That would be a 2-3 bite size Large: Around 8-10 bites This is a very new endeavor and is still in the process of finding funding. However , please spread the word and share this. Our goal is to bring awareness of this product to the NYC masses, so when we do open, you'll all be waiting in line Please like, share and comment.
