There are people that help, but then there are YOUR people that are there for you from start to finish and make it happen so effortlessly all while having fun ... Today was one of those days and I’m speechless to say the least. For a second year in a row Trinity Pantry is the recipient of a food drive Halloween Event Lancaster Drive-Thru Trunk or Treat 2021. The canned goods and monetary donation raised stays in the community and helps those in need right here. These are the people that put their lives at risk every day for their neighbor and they’d do it all over again tomorrow. Teachers that take care of the kids in the classroom and out Thank you a million times over Bowmansville Volunteer Fire Association Lancaster Fire Department Millgrove Volunteer Fire Department Town Line Volunteer Fire Department Twin District Volunteer Fire Company Lancaster, N.Y. **TRICK OR TREAT TIMES FOR HALLOWEEN** The official times for Halloween "Trick or Treat" within the Town of Lancaster, Village of Lancaster and Village of Depew... are Saturday, October 31, 2020, between 6:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. If you are a resident who is planning on giving out candy, please leave your porch/front door light on during this time. Recommendations from the CDC to help make trick-or-treating safer: - Avoid direct contact with trick-or-treaters. - Give out treats outdoors, if possible. - Set up a station with individually bagged treats for kids to take. - Wear a cloth mask that covers your mouth and nose. - Stay at least 6 feet away from others who do not live with you. - Wash your hands often with soap and water. **Motorists are reminded to drive slowly during this time and be watchful for any "ghosts and goblins" near the roadway.**
