Deborah Rogus Rutt and Lynn Pagano are in the kitchen making Hungarian goulash over egg noodles, copycat Olive Garden salad and homemade walnut brownies baked by Marilyn Sigreto. Still only $10. Closed for December but the show must go on! For the safety of our members, the Lodge will be closed for the month of December. Our Christmas party has been canceled and refunds will be issued unless you would like to donate you ticket purchase to the Christmas project. OUR CHRISTMAS PROJECT IS STILL ON!!! A message from our Christmas project chairman, Erin Morrissey:... Attn Local Business Owners/Employees: Since our Lodge is closed and I cannot rely on if and when it may open I am in great need of some local businesses to serve as drop off locations for toys for our Elks Christmas Project between Dingmans and Port Jervis - maybe even Eldred. This Project will serve 201 kids from the DV, Port Jervis and Eldred School Districts this holiday season. Please Message me if you/your employer is interested. I would like to get boxes made and out this weekend as well as the information to the public regarding drop offs. Thank you! We'd like to send out a special thank you to all of you who stepped up this holiday season and donated to the Elks Children's Christmas project! Thanks to your generosity, we will be handing out presents and much needed new clothing to 200 of our local children who are most in need. If you'd like to see your donation in action, tune in tomorrow at noon where we'll be going live on Facebook as Santa Claus and his Elken elves man our drive-through and hand out gifts to students from Eldred, Shohola and DV school districts. LODGE RE-OPENS Today at noon! Just in time for the NFL Playoffs, we're open this weekend, Saturday and Sunday noon-8pm. Grab your mask and come on down to watch some football and have a New Year's cocktail with Sam on Saturday and Scott on Sunday. Same social distancing practices will apply as before. Beginning on Friday, January 15th and for the rest of the month, the lodge will be open Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday the 19th for our new member induction. We're hoping to resume regular hours in February and will keep the members posted. WELCOME BACK!
