In fact, Upstate Farms has donated over 300,000 servings of milk, yogurt, and juice to local food banks and other charitable organizations focused on feeding those in our community who are most at risk such as school breakfast and lunch programs, nursing homes, and law enforcement agencies. We are in the craziest of times. Never in my life have I seen bare shelves at stores. It can seem frightening and worrisome. Please know that when it co...mes to feeding your family, you don’t need to worry. It is business as usual for farmers and we have the supply. It’s just a matter of keeping up with distribution and keeping the shelves stocked. As a dairy farmer (who isn’t getting paid a hell of a lot due to low milk prices), it bothers me to see empty dairy cases and signs at stores that are limiting the number of gallons a milk a customer can buy at a time because I know we have the supply. So if you are buying dairy, THANK YOU!
