Skin cancer reconstruction is one of my favorite and most gratifying cases. I’m constantly being challenged, especially when the cases come close to the eyes or nose. I was able to modify a bilobe flap to maintain the position of her sideburn and move non-hair bearing skin to reconstruct the temple with a normal contour. This is a great example of the subtleties involved with non-surgical rhinoplasty. This patient has a high radix and good tip protection to start. Overfilling the radix to camouflage the hump will give her too much of a straight line from the forehead. She required some tip augmentation and a subtle increase in rotation to balance the dorsum.
