Once again, Brockport Police Department is participating in "Goin' Bald for Bucks" during the month of November! We will be growing and shaving our beards to raise critically needed funds for teen and young adult programs at 13thirty Cancer Connect as well as cutting-edge cancer research and compassionate, innovative patient-care programs at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. Cancer is a disease that touches everyone, and we want to make a difference. You can help us ...make a difference by supporting our team’s efforts in Goin’ Bald for Bucks. Please consider making a donation today. No donation is too small, and every dollar adds up to something greater than any one of us could accomplish alone. Together, we can help find cancer cures and save lives. https://give.roswellpark.org//BaldforB/General/1797532923

Bus safety tips for motorists: Be alert and slow down when driving in neighborhoods with school zones. Watch for children walking, playing or assembling near bus stops. Children arriving late to the bus may run into the road without looking for traffic.
"Today’s admission is the result of the commitment of the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office to fight illegal opioids in our community as well as the thorough investigation conducted by the Monroe County Heroin Task Force and the Brockport Police Department, said Assistant District Attorney Jennifer Kennedy." "We hope that with today’s admission of guilt, others will think twice before using and providing illegal narcotics in our community".

Bright spot Tuesday shines on BuyBuy Baby and its donation to CrimeStoppers. The store donated three infant car seats to replace those that were damaged or stolen from police cars during recent protests. Members of the Family and Crisis Intervention Team use the seats to transport victims of abuse or domestic violence.
A time to remember those who died, those who served, and those who carry on. Never forget.
