Volunteers at the Brockport Welcome Center meet people from all over the world! Ambassadors for Brockport, also known as Greeters, have the pleasure of welcoming guests that come by boat, bike, car, or foot. We do not condone reading while riding, walking, rollerblading, cross-country skiing, or bird-watching. Due to Covid-19, the Welcome Ctr will remain closed until further notice. This includes bike borrowing and public restrooms. However, the docks are available for mooring. We will not be registering boats or charging dock fees this year, as they will not have access to the Welcome Center facilities.

Boil Water Advisory is Lifted Date: November 29, 2020 The boil water advisory issued 11/27/2020 for the Village of Brockport is no longer in effect. ... All laboratory test results collected during the Boil Water Advisory verify that the water quality meets federal and state drinking water quality standards. It is no longer necessary to boil your water before drinking it. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Boil water advisory due to Monroe County Water Authority water main break overnight. This break was outside of the village but impacted village water service. D...etails of advisory to follow - check back for recommendation on time frame (up to 24 hours) and exact locations, which is pending from the Dept of Health. Take a leisurely drive down Central School Drive from the comfort and safety of your vehicle during the evening of Sunday, December 13th. Witness spectacular decorated floats that will be parked along the route. We are truly thankful for the support that we have received to make this event possible this year despite COVID set backs. Help us celebrate WALK TO SCHOOL DAY Oct. 5-9. Whether walking to school or around your neighborhood, please share your photos! Although the greeters and water/food stations will not be on campus due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will continue to celebrate a healthy lifestyle.
