The Fern is available August 21-28, 2021. This cabin sleeps 4 and rents for $675/week.

Hello my wonderful Viking Villagers...so many questions and not many firm answers...I'll make this as clear as I can! We do hope to be open for our first week, ...June 27! This all depends on whether we are able to open under the Governor's mandate of phase 3. I am pretty confident that this will happen! Great! A few things that we will have to do to be open: Most of our activities will not be able to happen: Karaoke night---too enclosed in a single room...we can't share a microphone nor keep the required six feet of distance! Old Time Movie Night---Hotel is not large enough to social distance and is indoors! Campfire--- We can't sit that close or sing...too much close contact and we normally sit shoulder to shoulder! All our potlucks/ wine tasting is too- shared-we can do it in our individual group of less than ten/ family units/household units! Donut/coffee hour---there will be only donuts...I will figure out how! The beach / big docks/ swimming will be limited to a total of fifteen...We have lots of room on the non-sand shoreline and boat docks, but you can only swim in designated areas! The cabins will not have bedspreads,pillows, blankets and the like...if you want them, you will have to bring your own, as well as sheets, etc.... Please bring your own cooking supplies...eg..paper plates utensils, etc... our things will be left in place...use at your own risk! Remember that we are a launching place to the awesome Adirondacks... get out and explore; hike, swim, boat, fish and enjoy what you have always loved about this place!
