USMC Sports Leadership Academy is putting on a FREE wrestling clinic. This clinic will be held on October 30th at the SRC Arena. Participants will receive a FREE T-shirt, Chick-Fil-A and a great workout with some outstanding clinicians! Clinicians: Mean Gene Mills - Nuff Said! Rodney Smith - 2 X Olympian, Olympic and Bronze Medalist & World Champion ... Trainer Michael Schlichtig will be running the OHS Weight Room throughout the summer. The hours for the OHS Weight Room are posted below. (Students can enter through the weight room doors. Near the turf field. The gate will be open next to Buc Blvd.) SUMMER WEIGHT ROOM HOURS: July 6th - August 18th (Weekdays) Morning Sessions: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM ... Afternoon Sessions: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM I will be present during most afternoon sessions for about an hour to hour and a half to watch your progress and connect with you. I will have lifting packets for those interested in starting a 6 week lifting session. I can also provide insight/assistance with lifting techniques, programs, etc. We are very excited for this opportunity. We hope those of you capable of coming take advantage of our outstanding weight room facility. If anyone has any questions please let me know.
