The Empire Plate would like to introduce our newest episode of Chef Up & Cook with long time friends Matt Grabski of Joey's 307 in Utica, New York vs Michael Cl...are of Oliveri's Pizzeria in Hamilton, New York in a matchup of slinging pizza’s. This was a classic showdown with lots of laughs, some chitter chatter, great pizza and some entertaining judges . Please check out the video, give it a like, leave a comment tell us what you think and most important please share with your friends. Enjoy the show. Thank you to Passalacqua & Associates, LLC - Syracuse, NY for being a major sponsor of our show. See more

Good morning from the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office. Throughout our County, many students have returned to in class instruction, and the morning Pledge of Alle...giance has again become a regular part of their day. In the meantime, there are others that are still unable to return to School. The morning Pledge of Allegiance is a staple to daily student life, and we here at the Sheriff’s Office are proud to assist with its return to your day. For today’s pledge, we visited Ms Davis 5th grade classroom at New York Mills Union Free School District. I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
