We will be open this week 9-5 Mon-Wed and Saturday 12/26 from 9-4 just like normal. Next week we will be open our regular hours with the exception of being closed Friday, New Year's Day.

DURING COVID-19: As of March 24th, Gov. Cuomo is allowing grocery stores, gas stations and other retail outlets to temporarily cease accepting returnables. Redemption centers may choose to stay open. The Busy Bee Bottle & Can Return is OPEN for business as usual. ... During this time, we ask that you leave your bags by the door to either drop off or wait outside while we count them. If you have a large load, we encourage you to drop off your bottles and cans and we will notify you when they're done. This will limit your time at the redemption center and keep in compliance with social distancing restrictions. We know that many people may be struggling for extra money for groceries, medicines, etc., which is why we have chosen to remain open for as long as we can. The monthly drawing for $50 cash will also stay in place for April. One last thing...Remember, as you are cleaning up, there are bins around town where you can donate your redeemables as well. We will continue to service these areas as normal. And please, please, PLEASE do NOT put clothes, toys or trash in the bottle and can collection bins!!! If you have a large load, we encourage you to drop off your bottles and cans and we will notify you when they're done or feel free to wait in the parking lot as they are being counted. This will limit your time in the redemption center and keep in compliance with social distancing... restrictions. We know that many people in our community are perfectly healthy but are stuck home due to school closings, work shutdowns, restaurants being closed, etc. What better time to get that spring cleaning done than by trading in your redeemable bottles and cans for some cash! This is also a great time to take advantage of our easy and convenient drop-off service. Just bring in y...our bags and we'll contact you when they're counted so you can stop back any day to pick up your money during regular business hours. And..let's not forget..you will also be entered into our monthly drawing for an extra $50 cash!
