UPDATE: He has been arrested, thank you for all your help. My drivers are risking their own health bringing people to their dialysis, necessary medical appointments and to work so the small business can still have cashiers and cooks and this man thinks it's ok to run out on a $40 fare. Does anyone know him from wurtsboro hills?
