Fresh Cheese Curd Day!

We are hoping everyone is well. We are going to be closed all of next week (July 27th through August 1st) for some time off / vacation. We will be reopening on Monday August 3rd with our regular schedule. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause for some but all of us need a little R & R. ... If you are in need of some cheese please stop by and visit us tomorrow through Saturday. If you are local, you can get some of our cheese at Red Onion or Corner Kitchen Plus. There are also quite a few small mom & pop stores, farm stands and farm stores that carry our cheese. Redmond's Deer Farm sells our cheese at the Regional Market in Syracuse too. Be Safe & God Bless.
