Our CEO Ryan Wiliams recently wrote an Op-Ed for CNBC in which he highlights the importance of supporting Black-owned financial institutions along with several immediate action items other businesses can take. When I first started out as a real estate investor 10 years ago, my "big break" came when a Black-owned bank made a critical investment in me when others wouldn't. This investment set me on the path to being an owner of real estate and ultimately launching Cadre. It i...s a story that is still too rare, and we can fix that. With greater collective investment in and partnerships with Minority Depository Institutions, there can and will be more stories like my own.
