This week’s Dog of the Week is Bruno! Bruno is an Camp Canine OG. This boy rules Camp! He always has something to say. Whether he’s barking orders at our counselors or leading his camper friends in a chorus of howls, we listen! Bruno is a smart boy; he knows exactly what time of the day he needs to start getting ready for walks and meals, and he is happy to keep the other campers on his schedule. We had an amazing time at our socially distanced Howloween Photobooth last night - thank you for those of you who braved the rain and came out! Now, just in time for All Hallow’s Eve, here is our annual Howloween Costume Contest! Last year’s winners, Seymour and his pawrents as the Little Shop of Horrors, lead the album (we didn’t want to give anyone the advantage of a cover photo, and they can serve as the ‘best costume’ standard to reach. ) To vote for your favorite c...ostume, ‘like’ the photo of the dog you want to vote for! You can ‘like’ multiple costumes! This contest will be hosted on Instagram stories too. The winner will be announced on Monday the 2nd at 12pm, you’ll have all Halloween to vote! The winner will receive a $100 Camp Cash Prize Good luck and Happy Howloween!

Our Howloween event is STILL ON We are expecting rain tomorrow; in order to make sure nobody is left standing in the rain, we are readjusting arrival times. This week’s Dog of the Week is Stormy! Sweet and sassy Stormy (how do you like that alliteration?) has a BIG personality. And we love our big personalities at Camp! Stormy’s secret talent is striking a pose - our pawparazzi loves her. Happy week of reigning, Stormy.

Camper Mayor showed up to our Howloween Pawty as a cow last year - and do you know what cows make? ICE CREAM! This Thursday at our Howloween Photobooth, The Pupper Cups will have their stand outside of Camp starting at 5pm! Buy a dog-friendly pumpkin ice cream treat (or one of their other delicious flavors!) for your pup while you’re waiting on line for our professional photographers to take a spooky photo of you and your camper. Note: the photo booth is open to members only, but any neighborhood pup can swing by for some ice cream! To ensure a safe and social-distanced event we are requiring RSVPs this year! This week’s Dog of the Week is Molly! Molly is the ‘it’ girl of the Big Dog Room; she loves everyone and everyone loves her! Her best play buds are Zoey and Bhalu, but she’ll include any of her Camp buds in her wrestles! Zoomies are her favorite thing ever, and we really get a kick out of them. Every year our campers and their pawrents ROCK Howloween! We are excited to announce that, although 2020 will make it look a little different, the spooky event must go on! Here are the deets: For CAMP CANINE MEMBERS ONLY, on Thursday, October 29th between 5pm-8pm, you will be able to come and get your annual Howloween picture with your camper taken by our professional photographers at festive photobooth! Pupdate: Dog has been reunited with his owner! FOUND DOG!!! This little guy was found in Central Park this morning around 7am. He was running from east to west around 72nd Street. He is not chipped, and his rabies tag could not be traced. He was not wearing the blue leash in these pics but was wearing a harness.
