Capital Preparatory Harlem Charter School

Yesterday, Capital Preparatory Schools held it's annual Convocation, our 2019 Network Day, for all staff across Capital Prep Harlem and Capital Prep Harbor. Part of this tradition takes it’s flavor from the excitement of Professional Sports draft nights, rallying the staff around the school mission, signing them onto the team, and arming them with the critical professional development tools needed to develop our children into outstanding scholars. This day was all about cel...ebrating our teaching staff and welcoming them to the organization. During the signing portion, each staff member’s name is called and they are embraced across the stage by our leadership team, given their campus t-shirt, and asked to sign their school crest. It is a public declaration of our commitment, demonstrating the level of importance we give their roles not only in our scholar’s lives but in our company overall. We are incredibly excited to welcome our existing and new pool of talent to the 2019-2020 school year! More pics to come:) #WeareCapitalPrep
