This year brought the introduction of the 79-87 seat transmission housing reproductions and now available as new restoration items, 69-70 Windshield Wiper Switch Lettering Overlay Decals and 71-78 Climate Control Switch Temperature Dial... Overlay Decals! These decals are printed on heavy vinyl and laminated with a protective matte finish clear to keep them looking new for a long time. No more rubbed off or faded lettering / colors! Summer is upon us and the ole Captain has been busy digging up buried NOS treasure for his loyal land yacht captains! Tons of NOS just got added to the eBay logs and is now available along with tons of other great used, new and reproduction parts. The 79-87 GM power seat transmission ABS casings will be arriving in a few weeks and more Captain Cadillac exclusive reproduction parts are in the works! Happy New Year to all my faithful land yacht captains! And as always at Captain Cadillac's Cove, with the new year comes new reproduction parts soon to be available as well as the currently available reproduction, NOS and excellent used parts you discover at every visit to the Cove. This year's newest item is the 1970-76 Steering Wheel Wood Grain Inlay Trim Ring Kit, available later this month! This kit will finally offer a way to replace the damaged or missing inlay on you...r steering wheel and restore it to its former glory. Just made available this week are brand new 1965-70 Transmission Shifter Linkage Mount Bushings. Made of a resilient elastomer nylon plastic to replace the original dry rotted rubber bushing, this unique to Cadillac bushing will support the linkage, dampen vibrations that transfer thru the linkage to the steering column and protect against linkage loosening or separation from the transmission detent lever. A long discontinued and hard to find part is once again made available for your restoration! And as always, Captain Cadillac's has all the reproduction power window and seat wiring terminal connector blocks as well as NOS right angled pin terminals readily available to get your wiring tight and back to original.
