Last week I had my first virtual closing!! As many of you know my favorite part about a transaction is going to the closings being able to give my clients a big hug and congratulate them. Being able to do virtual closings has been a blessing that we can still conduct business but I can’t wait to be able to go back to the old ways of doing business . Congrats to this absolutely adorable couple on the purchase of their STUNNING home today This has to be one of my favorite stories to date ! The Brickman’s went to another bank and after over 40 days of sitting there they still had not been approved. @borruso_law took matters into her own hands and begged them to call me to see what I can do! In less then 48 hours we we’re approved with a full commitment! Appraisal was done the next day and then SEVEN business days later we were CLEAR TO CLOSE!! I could not be happier for you guys to start your next chapter in your beautiful home. I’ll miss our group chat everyday !!

These cuties are more then just any regular clients to me Tali and I grew up together and lost touch after high school. We were brought back together through the bridal world last year and haven’t left each other since!! Most importantly they were my FIRST client to close on a home when I decided to go out on my own as a loan officer. They put all their trust in me to get them to the finish line and I will forever be SO grateful for them we closed on their refinance yesterday and saved them a ton of money since they bought last year with the rates being so high - I also wasn’t doing my famous closing gifts yet so you know I had to surprise them with that too love you guys !
