Today’s favorite is the @pamperedchef hand mixer. I have many favorites from #pamperedchef I use the hand mixer to make my own artichoke antipasto spread, guacamole, salsa, mango salsa and so much more. Another perk is that I get a tiny arm workout in the process For this simple artichoke antipasto I used Hearts of Palm and Artichoke Hearts from @costco Make a few cups on Sunday for the week. Makes a great snack with the GG Crispbread crackers
Trying to improve my social media presence and forgot about FB!! Can’t wait for my young interns to start this week!! Woohoo! Sharing my favorites to boost my 2020 First up is delicata squash. Lower in carbs then sweet potatoes and just as yummy!! Easy to roast on parchment paper with some olive or avocado oil after slicing. Garnish with salt. Serve as a side dish. Also delish stuffed with ground meat tomatoes and shredded veggies.
Merry Christmas Tree Kale Chips. These kale chips are a great afternoon snack for you and the kids. Lightly dip washed and dried kale in oil (today we used leftover bacon oil). Place on pan and sprinkle with sea salt. Roast in oven 25 minutes at 350 degrees. For extra crispy chips leave in the oven once turned off for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!!

Sunday Funday egg bowl. Sauté leftover vegetables with tomatoes and set aside in a bowl. Top with 2 eggs (the runnier the better) mix and serve. Season as desired. Have fun with your ingredients. This one was a treat for me. I added a few leftover fried zucchini and escarole from Aunt Butchies, kale, cabbage, Brussels Sprouts, and sweet peppers. Enjoy this with lox, turkey, chicken or shrimp. For Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner!
Extremely relevant to parents! NY and NJ need to see this. Fluoride added to NY water. Many pediatricians in NJ recommend fluoride supplements and dentists give pellets and or fluoride treatments. Fluoride is only beneficial to teeth topically. It is a neurotoxin if ingested! It is also extremely toxic to the thyroid as it prevents iodine utilization. Your babies without teeth don’t need it in their water. Kids toothpaste with lower levels of fluoride can be used once teeth begin to come in however once a day is plenty.
