Today, the NYC Carpenters Union welcomed a Director of Political Action on the same day it said Happy Retirement to one of the best of the best Brian Brady. Brian has committed over 40 years of his life to the union. During that time, he has built some of the most iconic buildings in NYC, fought tirelessly for workers and against unscrupulous contractors committing wage theft and tax fraud, and mentored the younger generations about being a proud carpenter and rising to the challenge of being their best. The list goes on. This one’s gonna hurt. Best of luck to you, Brian. Love, your NYCDCC Family

Shame on C. Brent Smith (who raked in over $5M last year) and #PiedmontOfficeRealtyTrust for allowing #PlazaConstruction to hire below Area Standard Wage Paying Contractors who don't provide health benefits!
