Covid-19 Response and Re Opening Update 5/26/2020: Thank you everyone for your patience, understanding, and support these last few months! So how are we proceeding? While we would like nothing more than to throw open our doors and welcome everyone back we need to reopen at a steady safe pace. We will be gradually adding more appointments to the schedule and adding in regular health visits. ... Currently we are starting to schedule more appointments starting mid June. We will be starting to call clients/patients that are overdue for vaccines and exams as well as those we had to cancel. We have many on our wait list but we know there are many more that we do not. Please don't hesitate to call if you do not hear from us. We will get everyone in but it will take us several weeks. We will be continuing the curbside/contactless exams etc for the foreseeable future. Patients will be brought in and out by staff and the Doctor will speak to owners over the phone. If you are calling due to a pet's illness we will do our very best to get your cat seen as soon as possible. Please try to call as soon as you realize something is wrong and as early in the day as possible. You can always leave a message if we are not open yet. This gives us the best chance to get your cat seen. For everyone's protection we are of course continuing to wear masks and gloves for all appointments. PLEASE Continue to CALL AHEAD for any refills or to pick up supplies. Please try to give us 24 hours notice. When you arrive please park up front just off the driveway. Call the office phone number and we will come out to get the cat. Dr Upholt will call you when he is done examining the cat and discuss treatment ect. Please call from the driveway when you arrive. We will get your credit card # over the phone, then we will come out to the car to get the patient. We will return them when Doc is done examining them.... Doc will call you after he looks at the cat to discuss treatment etc. IF YOU ARE PICKING UP: Please call with your credit card #.
