Cattaraugus Community Center

For the month of June: Starting Monday, June 4th, 2012 The Cattaraugus Community Center will be open on Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:00am! This is a pilot program and is subject to change after the month of June!

We are in need of volunteers to help out with our CCC Anniversary Celebration on April 28th, 2012. If interested in volunteering your time, please call the Cattaraugus Community-Center @ 716.532.8450 and leave your name and number and we will be contacting you. Nya:weh

Saturday April 7th, 2012 from 10:00am-12:30pm we will be having our annual Easter egg hunt!

Day One of the Community Peach Canning Project was a complete success. We had 60+ community members working together to can and freeze over 400 Qts of peaches. Their are still more peaches to process, so if your still interested stop down tomorrow 9am-9pm. Nya:weh

We have a great turnout for our Community Peach Canning Project. Stop on down and check out the process of how to can Peaches. We are in need of more paring knives, if you have extra please bring them down.

Community Canning Project will start today @ 9am in the Kitchen/MPR. Please bring any extra canning material you may have (Jar thongs, pairing knives, funnels, large sauce pans, oven mitts & cutting boards). Hope to see everyone this morning!!!!
