Today, we celebrate an important milestone- our 10th anniversary! CAVA was created by childhood friends who set out to share and serve the cooking of their Greek grandmothers. Ten years later, we continue to be inspired by our Mediterranean roots and the craft of cooking with fire. Without your love for all things braised and roasted and hummus'd, we wouldn't be here today. Cheers to many more delicious years ahead.
