TOMORROW, October 28 at 6 pm EST, Cave Canem and The New School Creative Writing Program presents "Poets on Craft: Writing the Life Of...," an intimate meeting-of-the-minds with poets Rita Dove and Janice N. Harrington. The poets give short readings from Dove's "Sonata Mulattica" and Harrington's "Primitive: The Art and Life of Horace H. Pippin," followed by a conversation with Natasha Oladokun about writing poetry that envisions the lives of prominent Black artists. Supported by American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation.
