The finish line is in sight at the EyeCare Center of Rome!

A before and after of a recent occupied space project that our team completed. The client wanted to remove four small rooms and a break area to create a passthrough connecting two sides of their call center and opening up the space. Utilizing a crafty schedule, we were able to complete the project with minimal disruption to their operation.

Some of our recent work for the North Country Library System (NCLS) headquarters in Watertown. Our team was first brought in to transform an area previously used as a lab into a training room. During this process, we removed an interior wall and the electrical components within, repaired the ceiling, re-carpeted, removed a faux beam that was housing wiring, and repainted the walls. Today our Supervisor of Facilities Management, Joe Brill, was back on site repainting the steel... pillars adorning the outside of their three garage bays. The paint was chipped badly and in serious need of repair. We had to assume that due to its age, the paint previously used was lead-based, and we took every precaution to ensure complete abatement. A rust-inhibiting primer, followed by a direct-to-metal (DTM) paint was then applied, resulting in the finished product. Always a pleasure working with the great folks at NCLS. Another project nearing completion on the site of the former Nestle plant in downtown Fulton. This facility will host Charter Communications, and serve primarily as a depot for technicians.

Our team is still working hard towards the completion of one of our new ground-up builds, which will be the home of the new Eye Care Center of Rome. Eye can’t wait to see the finished product.
