New Class Chair Yoga starts on Monday from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM with instructor, Nola Royce. Click here to register: http://bit.ly/3qkFqLd... Experience a yoga practice designed for those times in our lives when we are faced with physical challenges. Chairs and props will be used to assist each person in variations of postures that are appropriate to promote their comfort. This is a great class for seniors and those with health challenges.

Our YMCA was changed dramatically this year. The pandemic forced us to close our operations for six months, but because of your charitable support, we were able to step up and continue serving our community’s critical needs when your neighbors needed us most. As we look toward the future and continuing to serve our community in amazing ways, we wanted to take a moment to recognize your support of our mission and to share how very grateful we are to have sustaining members like you. Parents often tell us they most appreciate if we can help cover their food needs, then they can use their hard earned money to purchase the gifts for their children!
