As we open for a new exhibition, here @cepagallery we wanted to take a moment to thank Robert Hirsch for his curated show Wild Things. This exhibition was halted by the beginning of the pandemic, but we persevered and made the intriguing notion of disrupting a photographs archive a spectacle of wonder, relevant and conceptually compelling to know the artists process. Receiving feedback on your work is all part of the learning process and is critical in helping you improve technical skills as well as sharpen your why of what works and what needs improvement in your process. Intention in your photography is the core of your process, and critique can help. Kevin Kline, artist and educator will take you through the process. We will be open Sat 1/9/21 from 12-4pm for last minute drop offs. Each year, CEPA Gallery invites its members to participate in the Annual Members’ Exhibit, featuring the photography and photo-related work of some of Western New York’s most talented artists. As part of the exhibit, members have the option to apply for a solo show that takes place the following year during the members’ exhibition. A juror chooses the two exhibition winners.
