Here’s a guide from chef @gustavosalsas to making amazingly Smokey salsa. First get yourself a comal (caste iron pan works too) and add tomatoes at highest heat possible. Then let them chamuscar or char (be patient) turn only once... add your Chipotles and/or any other spicy peppers with garlic, onions and salt of course to taste and enjoy! @ West Covina, California
