I’ve been spotted! This is our newest group of hogs! They are getting a cozy start in a barn near our creamery. (close to their whey!) Our winter pigs have made their way to our freezers, preparing to contribute in their way to the endless recycling of energy on our magnificent planet. Consume wisely, eat meat reverently, pork is back in stock.

Heyo! Just letting you guys know that pork is back in stock! We had a hard time keeping it on the shelves in 2020 and we’ve increased our production to meet the demand. Either come to our self service farm store and shop or head online where you can shop for curbside pick up. Link in Bio;)

New Product Alert! We’ve got some gorgeous goat cheeses stocked right now from @ardithmaefarm There are three chèvre flavors and a super tasty goat feta. We have a few more cheeses to announce in the next few days too!! Come visit we’re open everyday 7-8 and milk is bottled fresh on Wed-Sunday.

This one is for all you Clam lovers out there. He figured out that milk comes straight out of a cow this weekend. His life as a barn cat may never be the same.

ISO: Farmer's Market staff for both the Hudson and hopefully Kingston Market's this summer. If you love talking with people, selling a great product and working outdoors maybe this is a great job for you! You'd need to commit to being there every Saturday, scheduled days off are fine of course, but we'll need a person there every week from May-Novemeber.
