Farmer Steve of Green Heron Growers, just dug two rows of these beautiful carrots. Just before winter hit, I mulched these bad boys in with some straw. I had my doubters who wondered if it would work. There are probably four or five more rows out there. Market will be fun this Saturday at the Fredonia Farmers' Market.
