I like to keep it light 1st day back but finished the day with this case. #19 SIP/SAP. Tooth became a problem after a crown prep. 25.04 Mesial 20.06 Distal. Hand filed apical dilaceration. Extra long Roots(27mm) didn't realize how long until I took a check film to see why my apex locator wasn't registering patency. Had to break out the 31mm files.
