The milk truck got a make over! Be sure to wave if you see us out and about. We are often told how impressed people are that we are still farming five generations later. I am personally proud to be standing here next to the third and the fourth gen Clark farmers!
Thanks for stopping in!!!
If you happened to catch the latest Five Live interview with talk farm to me podcast (on Instagram), then you heard mention of Tom Clark’s renowned molasses sugar cookies. Maybe milks OG best friend? Truth be told these are not my fathers cookies, much like the rest of his cooking these are or were, a top secret family recipe of my grandma Linda’s. Here is a sneak peek into my fathers most prized possessions.
While we may have been spared so far from the worst of what a New York winter can offer up, its hard not long for those relaxing summer days from time to time. We know that Steve certainly wouldn’t mind a nice lounge in the sun right about now! In the meantime we are here to keep your coffee on point and we know that Clark’s Chocolate Milk makes a mean cup of cocoa. So stay warm everybody summer will be here before you know it!
Everyday, but especially today, we give thanks. This year has been filled with uncertainty and adversity. The birth of Clark Farms Creamery through such times can only be accredited to the overwhelming support of this community, the trust and efforts of family and the confidence only friends can instill. Thank you to everyone, a special thanks to those who have made room for Clark’s Milk on their tables today. We wish you all a safe and healthy holiday.
Bring the family by on Halloween for some free Chocolate Milk and some spooky good times!

Until quite recently we could not have imagined the sheer delight we get from seeing someone on the street rocking a Clark Farms Tee! It is amazing how supportive our customers and community truly are! We got an order of Clark Farms swag and we cannot wait to see you all sporting it around! There are T-Shirts and Crewneck sweatshirts at the Creamery now in various sizes! We will keep them stocked as they come in so what you see is what we have! If you love Clark’s Milk, or you just need an extra layer on these fall afternoons, stop by and suit up!
Everyone loves the new Clark Farms Gear! Last time around we were heartbroken to realize we had overlooked some of our strongest and cutest supporters! It is our pleasure to show off the newest Tee, designed with them in mind! Stop by the DELCO. NY community Christmas pop up in Delhi to get one for the perfect holiday gift. Thank you Danny for volunteering the model and coming to visit!
This made our day! Thank you!

During this years corn harvest it has felt we are broken down more often than not. When the pressure is high and countless variables outside of our control come into play it can be hard to maintain a positive attitude. We are thankful for our sister Taylor @tatorbug722 who stoped In yesterday, with great timing, to break the stress with a good laugh while capturing this photo. Fingers crossed and with a little luck we will be able to wrap up the corn harvest in the next few days!
Fall is in full swing here in Delhi! The beautiful colors and the cold nights are an undeniable reminder but it is not too late to enjoy the last of the spoils of summer! We have sweet corn at the Creamery courtesy of Covered Bridge Farm Market. And while Clark’s Butter can bring great flavor to any food there is something extra special about the combination of Clark’s Butter and locally grown sweet corn! We are here to help you say a proper goodbye to Summer, so be sure to stop by!
There are very few people out there, and fewer we have ever met, that have the passion and work ethic of our Grandpa Pete! As the third Generation at Clark Farms Gramps innovations really shaped the farm you see today, none of this would be possible without him! It has been many years since our Gramps retired but you would never know it! Everyone around here is busy getting this years corn in and the hectic harvest schedule has given us the opportunity to *finally* convert a life-long raw milk drinker! Anyone who has ever seen Grandpa Pete’s creations from his WoodShop or even happened by to hear his musical selections knows that he is a man of impeccable taste! So while we love hearing any reviews of our products we will be relishing in this particular seal of approval for some time!
Clark Farms Creamery’s own Amanda Proietti heading up research and development on a potential new product?! Who is excited to try some Clark’s Drinkable Yogurt?! We have always relied on our customers for their great feedback and you guys never disappoint so please, COMMENT your favorite flavors below! We have a lot of work to prefect our process but this was a successful first attempt.
Headed into Delhi today for gas after finally mounting the original fuel tank back on the truck. Had to swing up Elk Creek to get some Clark Farm Chocolate Milk!
A HUGE thank you to Rob Howard for making this video about our family farm! We had such fun filming and hanging out with Rob. The video is incredible and we really think it captures our passion, and hard work but also all the smiles and laughs we share as a family everyday! We wouldn’t trade this life for anything, and it has only become more fulfilling as we have been able to invite our friends and neighbors too share in it! Thank you all for everything. Give it a watch, a share and be sure to check out all of Rob’s other beautiful projects, you’ll be glad you did!
Yesterday was the 90th annual Cornell cooperative extension Dairy Tour! We are very pleased to have taken part in an amazing tradition that has been spreading knowledge about dairy farming in our area for so long! It was very encouraging to see such a great group of people out visiting farms and farmers throughout the area! Here at Clark Farms the group got a chance to hear from three generations, about our farm past and present as well as our creamery and future! We highly recommend the Dairy Tour and hope to see it going strong for another 90 years!! Special thanks to Delaware County’s Cooperative Extension and all the great people who work so hard every year to make this happen!
