Both of our restaurants have been cyber squatted upon by GrubHub. We have contacted them directly and been told we have to fill out a cancellation form and go through their process to be removed from their app even though we NEVER entered into an agreement with them. We also had our attorney send Cease and Desist letters to them. We have received no response from GrubHub in either case. As a matter of fact when I called them they acted as if they had done us a favor by adding us to their service. Thank you John McDonald, our State Assemblyman, for recognizing this as an issue!!!
