We just finished up this beautiful 1968 Plymouth Barracuda. After our customer got his car back from the paint shop, there were a lot of small issues that needed to be addressed for proper reassembly. Within just about a months time we were able to address and repair all of his concerns and more. We performed some minor upgrades to this 2021 Toyota Tacoma that really make it look and drive like a completely different truck. Overall it got a 2 lift with an extra leaf in the rear, taller springs in the front and Bilstein shocks all the way around. Some say that the true unicorn is the white Corvette... Recently we had the pleasure of working on this beautiful 1999 Chevy Corvette 5.7L LS1 with 6-speed manual transmission. We installed a new crankshaft harmonic balancer/ under drive pulley and new under sized serpentine belts, repaired the malfunctioning oil pressure sensor and found that the previous repair of the intake manifold was not performed correctly and the intake was pinching the wiring harness and causing the intake not to seat all the way against the cylinder heads. 2006 Pontiac GTO 6.0L LS2 with 6 speed manual transmission. We restored and wrapped the customer supplied headers with titanium heat wrap and installed with new gaskets and hardware. Custom made header flanges with 3 flex tubes and band clamp connectors. Complete 2.5 brushed stainless exhaust system with X pipe flowing out into dual SLP single chamber mufflers and exiting through dual 3 polished stainless tips. 2008 Ford F-350 Super Duty. This vehicle was brought to us with the expectations of building a custom exhaust system. Unfortunately, the previous repair shop that replaced the exhaust manifolds, broke the cylinder head and used JB Weld to reassemble with new exhaust manifolds. It was only a matter of time before the ticking started again and the next guy would have to deal with it. Upon further inspection we also realized that the head gaskets were leaking coolant externally.... Rather than rebuild an engine with 120K miles, we found a used engine with only 40K miles. After prepping the new engine, we primed, painted and sealed the engine assembly with Laguna Seca Ford Blue, to add the extra pop when you open the hood. We stuffed the new refreshed engine into its home and moved onto building the exhaust system. This exhaust is beautiful, for sure! The complete exhaust system is polished 304 stainless steel, including the muffler. Beautiful stainless steel shorty rear dump headers with 2.5 collectors. Custom made dual 2.5 polished stainless down pipes with flex pipes and o2 sensor bungs going into a Borla internal X muffler and exiting through dual 4 polished stainless steel tips.
