Since I started with a new firm and a new team all my suit is out whack! My room is a mess, my morning routine is a mess, my head is going zoom zoom bam bam and I’m just a little frazzled! I know there are two things that make me feel better: meditation and sweating. I got to sit still for 10 minutes this morning and although I’m not able to go as ham as I’d like on my workout, at least I got some push ups in!
