With help from plans that we purchased online, I managed to put together a greens drier made from a washing machine. It can handle a lot more volume than our hand crank model and frees us up to tend to other things while the greens are spinning. Our salad mix is available for purchase through producepeddlers.com as well as at our farm stand on Saturdays from 11-3. Check it out! #dizzysalad

To start the season we will have shead lettuces, radiant radishes and gorgeous greens (Kale, Collards and Mustards). Come check us out at 309 Peckham Street, Buffalo, NY 14206.
