To our Valued Guests: As a family-owned business, your health, the health of our staff, and the safety of everyone in Montauk, is our priority. In conjunction with the health guidelines of Montauk and the State of New York, we have spent months developing our COVID response so that reopening our outdoor dining area would meet all safety requirements.... Among the many measures we have taken are the use of disposable dishes, appropriate spacing between tables, all staff wearing masks, reminders about frequent hand washing, new ways to sanitize between patrons, and signage throughout reminding everyone of these guidelines. After numerous and successful inspections by the State Liquor Authority (SLA) and health inspectors, on the 4th of July, we were cited for two violations, neither of which had to do with public safety. Both have been remedied. As is the case with all businesses like ours, it’s customers like you who keep us thriving. In times like these and always, the health and safety of our staff and patrons remains our top priority. We welcome you back and look forward to serving you in a safe, enjoyable outdoor environment.
