We felt privileged today to gather up what extra supplies we have to donate to a local hospital in need. We only wish we had more!

To our Crosspoint family, How are all of you doing? We hope that you are healthy, staying in, and staying safe. We certainly are in unprecedented times. As you may have predicted, our office will be entering an essential treatment only schedule starting at end of the day today until April 6. If you are in pain or you have a dental emergency, please call the office. While we have a limited staff, there will be a small team present Mondays through Thursdays for the next two wee...ks. If you are not sure you are experiencing an emergency, still give us a call. We can help you through it and come up with a plan together. If applicable, we can even set up a virtual appointment so that you can stay in the comfort of your own home and get the care you need. If you have an appointment scheduled in the next two weeks, we will be contacting you with updates. If you are wearing a temporary crown, we will contact you as they arrive from the laboratory. If you are not comfortable leaving the house to receive your crown, you can continue to wear your temporary and we will make an appointment for you when it is safer to be out and about. If you are an Invisalign patient who has an appointment in the next two weeks, we will be reaching out to you so that we can plan a time for you to pick up your new aligner and receive an evaluation. The outbreak is affecting more than just our health. It is having an impact on the supply of personal protective gear that is necessary for us to keep our team and patients safe. It is for this reason that we are limiting our hours so that we may provide our support to lessen the severity of the coronavirus in our community. Please know that our commitment to you has not changed. WE ARE HERE FOR YOU. And we know that by supporting each other, we will get through this until everything gets back to the way it should be.
