These are pre-painted Aluminum panels punched on the Turret Punch for a sign manufacturer. Notice in the close up picture that there is no burning or chipping of the paint that occurs when you laser cut pre-painted material. The material also has a protective plastic on the top and bottom to prevent scratching. The punch cuts the plastic and material without burning or destroying the plastic. Punching is also superior to laser cutting on Stainless Steel that has a protective plastic. Please contact us for more information on the benefits of punching plastic coated material.

We have expanded our capabilities by installing an Amada Turret Punch! Turret Punches have a large, indexable turret that can hold over 40 different punches and dyes. These punches and dyes are computer-controlled to give us the ability to cut complex features. Different shaped tools are used to produce cutouts, holes, and to cut around the perimeter of the desired flat blank. With our nesting software we are able to nest multiple parts into 5 foot by 10 foot sheets in order to lower costs and to have optimal sheet utilization. Turret punching is a great compliment to laser cutting and offers a more cost-effective alternative for high quantity parts and parts with high density holes or features.
