We manage design and construction of projects for the City of New York agencies and Mayor's office. We have a need for more project managers and a supervisory role in a Vice President. This position is responsible for management and oversight of Engineers, Architects, Landscape Architects, Planners, consultants, contractors, construction managers, and Project Support Staff in the execution of all aspects of design and construction for a variety of projects in New York City. Project types include hospitals and health facilities, waterfront development, buildings - new construction and renovation, major infrastructure development, and public open spaces. The Vice President will be responsible for the supervision and implementation of a portfolio of approximately 7-12 active capital projects with a total project value of approximately $500 million.
