Talking about mental health can save a life. The documentary #EachandEveryDay on MTV goes deep with nine young people to discuss their experiences with suicide and recovery. "Each and Every Day centers on a dialogue between a group of young people who share their experiences with one another through a video-chat program, which was an adjustment made due to COVID-19. Text bubbles, iPhone and home interviews, and voiceovers are thrown in to give a clear, robust picture of each individual’s life, as well as photo montages showing their younger selves, families, and friends."
