Ever wonder how to get the most out of your specialty cakes? Attached is a handy guide with multiple ways of getting the most out of your servings. There is a bit of a science to cutting both square and round cakes for a party. If in doubt of which cake to choose when feeding a crowd you can never go wrong with a smaller statement cake with matching cupcakes Usually cutting 1" - 2" width will get the max out of your cake. However when not feeding a crowd I definitely could consider a 6" cake to be a personal portion, but that is just me!
