Finally, the governor of NY has granted us permission to open in Phase 3! The industry guidelines were just released. We are planning on reopening on Wed, June 17th. This will give us a couple days to get the needed supplies and make sure we are complying with all the regulations set forth. Appointments: Artists will begin contacting cancelled appointments first. All tattoos will be by appointment only.... All appointments must be made with each individual artist. We will not be answering the business phone. You can call and leave a message for your artist. All tattoo appointments will be at a rate of $80/hour. The waiting area will be closed. Please do not stop by without an appointment. Any deposit required by an artist will have to be dropped off at least one week prior to the scheduled appointment date. On the day of your appointment: Face coverings will be required by all customers. Please come alone (no friends or family please) for the time being. We are sorry for all these inconveniences. Please be patient and know that we are as eager to get back to the shop as you are! Check back for updates as we get more information. Share and spread the word!!

Unfortunately, we have now been otherwise directed by NYS. The shop will close until further notice after today. Today's appointments will be honored. No new appointments will be made until circumstances change. If you don't have an appointment today, please just stay home to limit the traffic in the shop. Remember, we are still trying to work today in an uneasy environment. For the artists' sake, try not to call unless necessary. Custom Ink is still open for regular hours. We will remain open until otherwise directed. We are discouraging bringing groups of friends with you, in keeping with the recommendation to have less than 10 total people in the shop (artists and customers combined). If you need to cancel your appointment, just call and let us know as soon as possible, for your artist’s sake. The state of affairs right now has people very nervous.
