1973 2020 | Today, the CCW Community fondly remembers Tony Hsieh. As the former CEO of Zappos, Hsieh was a trailblazer in the world of e-commerce, taking Zappos from nearly no sales in 1999 to the multi-billion dollar company we know today. His success was due in part to his commitment to exceptional customer service and dedication to company culture. Hsieh went on to start Downtown Project in an effort to transform downtown Las Vegas into a community-focused city. We were... so lucky to have a meaningful partnership with Hsieh. His keynote at CCW Las Vegas 2016 was so well received, we brought him back to headline the event in 2019.
