Three rooms and three times the fun. Our triple play class will include a high impact spin HIIT ride then off to a hard core boot camp /circuit workout in out new circuit room. Finally we head to the back to our core/yoga area for a 20 min cooldown. You have to try it! Yes Spin is what we are all about but we are the only spin studio with a whole separate workout as well.
