All criminal investigations need to be "worked" fully. Fire investigations are among the most difficult cases and a death investigation caused by a fire is among the most complex and demanding for investigators. However, criminal investigations need to be complete and should be organized and systematic before being reviewed and closed. The pressure to make the arrest needs to be held off until all logical and critical pieces of the puzzle are corroborated and in place.

Not all work can or should be done from home and not all work needs to be done in the office. A healthy and proper balance should be a desire of a business management team.
