I want start by THANKING all my TRIM fitness family for supporting me for over 8years. We had a wonderful Ryde, but it’s with a heavy heart I have to close the doors. Nov 27th will be our last class. I will miss you all, but will be seeing most on Zoom to keep up with our fitness goals either by Cycling and/or PT sessions. (I will still be taking in person PT sessions at GetFit Studios) If you’re interested in purchasing a RealRyder bike message me for details on price/pic...k-up.
