We have recently been getting asked if we allow dirt bikes?? The answer is YES we do. We allow most outdoor recreational vehicles on the trails excluding jeeps and snowmobiles. Three wheelers, four wheelers, UTVs, six wheelers, dirt bikes etc. are more than welcome. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have. TiA

There has been some question of wether or not we are open for the weekend. WE ARE. HOWEVER EFFECTIVE MONDAY MARCH 23 WE ARE CLOSED. As this may not make many of our riders happy; it is what must be done. ... Governor Cuomo stated: "There will be a civil fine and mandatory closure for any business that is not in compliance. Again, your actions can affect my health. That's where we are." We are hoping to reopen as soon as we are given permission. As we know more we will keep everyone updated. There is no negotiable terms for this. TIA

Due to health reasons the owners of Lake Demmon Campground canceled the Polar Bear Plunge. This was scheduled for the last Saturday in February. You can still come up to ride the trails, weather permitting.

Demon Run ATV Trails will be having a memorial ride in honor of William Tierney. This ride is scheduled for Wednesday January 1st 2020. Bill always wanted to ride the first day of the new year, said it was a good way to start the year whether you had a hangover or not. There will be no special events going on just a day for riding, but if you have a favorite crockpot dish you would like to share bring it along. There will be food available all day. Just wanted to let everyone know that our July 27 night ride will also include a "dice run". We will still have guides and people behind you but you will rolling dice at stops during the ride. First roll will be at sign up the next three rolls will be at stops out on the trails and the last roll will be back at food area. Prizes have not been decided on yet so I will let you know later. I have the 2019 ride schedule for Demon Run ready. I'll do a quick post now and as they get closer I'll add more information. The rides are as follows: 1. Saturday February 23 Polar Bear jump and ride. 2. Saturday April 27 -Dice Run 3. Saturday June 15 Night Ride 4. Saturday July 27 Night Ride... 5. Saturday September 21 Night Ride 6. Just found out the polar bear jump is Saturday February 23 2019. Come jump in the lake or just watch then ride the trails afterwards. Haven't heard the times yet but will update as I get more information.

So if you have something you like to fix in a crock pot bring it. I'd you dont just bring what you want. The club will supply the soda, water, coffee, cocoa and iced tea. We would like to thank everyone who came to our dice run yesterday and to those of you who brought a dish to pass. We wish the weather was better but can't fight mother nature. This is Charlie. Yes he's another house pig. Charlie would like to let everyone know that the snow is melting some up here on the hill. He hopes in a couple of days it will be melted enough for riding. He would also like to let you know that we have an special event coming up in April. The date is Saturday April 28th. Hey it's "spring" why not come ride the trails before winter comes back. We are open with very little snow. The trails are still froze some so there is very little mud. Hope to see some of you today or tomorrow.

Would like to thank Carl, Jim, RC and Joe for coming out yesterday and riding for the Bill Tierney Memorial Ride. Your hearts are in the right place not sure of your heads but thank you anyways. Got imagine Bill is up there thinking the same thing. Thank you Steve for showing up wish you would have stayed a little longer. Well there's always next year.
