American Legion Woodford- Burdick Post 894

Okay i,m back. In case anyone was wondering what has been going on with the Legion we are still working o the men restroom, the ladies restroom is done and what... a beautiful job Shawn and Kitt Warren has done. On the other side i have been in and out of the hospital for my heart but i am doing fine know and will be at the Big 'M' on Sunday selling cash raffle tickets for five dollars each with a chance to win $1,000.00, and we will be selling a limited amount of tickets of only five hundred, we need your help because we would like to give the winner the prize before Christmas and so far we have only sold 30 tickets because of be not being able to get out sell them, but believe me i will have them come Sunday from around 10:00 till 2 or 3:00 depending how there selling. We appreciate all the help that this community is giving us and we look forward to giving back to the community as well. So mark this date on your calendar Sunday the 29th, I know short notice and i am sorry for the timing. See more

If anyone is wondering the American Legion will be handing out candy for Halloween, we will be taking all the necessary arrangement to make it safe for the little totes to enjoy the Holiday, so stop by the Legion and enjoy the candy.

Just a reminder that this Saturday will be the American Legions last BBQ of the season and we will be only serving a little over a hundred halves so it first co...me first served and we thank you for the great turn out this year even with the covid 19, all so we will be handing candy out for Halloween at the Legion hall.
