Approximately 92 yards(13 tandem dump trucks) of topsoil delivered from a Majestic Pools in ground pool excavation. Being spread out to rais the property for a barn. Taking away some of the slope and creating a few terraces overlooking the water and a walk through along the waters edge. Dock to come next year. Note: same property thats getting all the natural stone. Down to 2.5 piles left.

Now offering post hole services and small fence jobs/repairs.

Been awhile since I last posted. Picked up some more natural stone to continue on with the staircase job. Stay tuned for updates as we make some walkways and terraces along the creek.

COMING This OCTOBER !! Lawn aeration. How many of my friends and families would be interested in getting their lawns aerated AND would be interested in having it done on a yearly basis. Best time to have it done is spring and fall. Benefits of aeration: ... Helps loosens soil to allow nutrients back into the hard ground preventing water run off. Promotes new root growth for a healthy lawn. It is also a great time to over seed and fertilize your lawn as well. We just ordered a 48"wide - core plug aerator. It pulls 3" plugs of soil from the lawn. 9 plugs per square foot. It won't be in till mid October but I'm taking reservations for when it does come in. Prices starting at $150. Must have access for sub compact tractor.
